These terms govern the subscription to the qualification workspace available at call.nextdata.ma, published by NextData SARL (see the legal notice).
The service provides a sales qualification assistant operating in writing: a guided interview flow, pre-approved replies to common objections, time-slot proposals and the sending of a calendar invitation in ICS format. The assistant operates in French.
The applicable price is the one displayed on the JVZoo payment page at the time of the order. Payment is collected by JVZoo; NextData SARL has no access to your card details.
The subscription is taken out for the period indicated at purchase and renews automatically by JVZoo charging your payment method, until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time from your JVZoo account. Cancellation does not cut off access immediately: it stays open until the end of the period already paid for, then lapses for want of a new instalment. No pro-rata refund is due for a period already started.
Access is delivered through a personal link sent by e-mail once payment is confirmed. That link serves as authentication: passing it to a third party gives them the same access. You are responsible for keeping it confidential. No account and no password are created.
If you lose it, write to contact@nextdata.ma from the address used for the purchase.
You enter into the workspace what your own contacts have said. On that basis you warrant that you:
For that data, you are the data controller and NextData SARL acts as processor.
The service is provided "as is", with no service-level commitment. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or incidents. Conversations in progress are not retained and are lost on restart (see privacy).
The service is a tool to help conduct an interview. It guarantees no commercial result. NextData SARL cannot be held liable for decisions taken on the basis of its use, nor for the consequences of the exchanges you conduct with your contacts.

These terms may be amended. The applicable version is the one in force on the day of the order; any substantial change is notified by e-mail before the following renewal.
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any complaint must first be addressed to contact@nextdata.ma: we undertake to reply within 15 days. Failing an amicable settlement, jurisdiction is granted to the Commercial Court of Casablanca, the registration district of the company.
