14-day money-back guarantee

You have 14 days from your purchase to request a full refund of your first payment, with no justification required.

How to request a refund

Two routes, whichever suits you:

from your JVZoo account, which collected the payment;
by writing to contact@nextdata.ma from the address used for the purchase, quoting your receipt number. We pass the request on.

Effect of a refund

A refund closes access to the qualification workspace immediately and permanently: your personal link stops working as soon as the notification is received from JVZoo. This closure is automatic.

Refund and cancellation are two different things

After 14 days

Beyond that period, instalments already paid are not refundable. You remain free to cancel at any time to stop subsequent charges: access stays open until the end of the period paid for.
