Check your spam folder first: it is a first message from a sender your mailbox does not know, and it often lands there. Look for the subject “Your NextData access link”. If you cannot find it, write to us and we will send it again.
There is nothing to reset: we send it again to the address used for the purchase. The link stays valid for as long as your subscription is active.
The link carries a token after ?t=: typed by hand or wrapped by
a mail client, it loses that part. Open it straight from the e-mail, or copy

The subscription is charged by JVZoo, which collects on our behalf: cancelling is done from your JVZoo buyer area, or by writing to their support. We can guide you, but we cannot cancel on your behalf.
Your access stays open until the end of the month already paid for: we never cut a month that has been settled.
A 14-day money-back guarantee — see the refund policy.
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you have 14 days to withdraw without giving any reason, even if you have already used the service. The model form is in the terms of sale.

If our agent called you and you would rather it did not, simply say so during the call: the request is handled immediately and the number is never dialled again. You can also write to us — request removal — and we add the number to the opt-out list (Moroccan law 09-08 / CNDP).
Write to us, even if your case is not listed here.
